摘    要:经济社会的快速发展,对各类管理人才的综合素养提出了更高的要求。本科院校作为应用型管理类人才培养的重要基地,应积极响应国家课程思政改革的号召,有效挖掘专业课程的思政元素,在专业知识技能传授的过程中,潜移默化地开展思想政治教育,以提高学生的综合素养。该文在辨识课程思政和思政课程理论层面异同的基础上,分析本科管理类专业课程在课程思政改革中面临的主要困难,结合专业特点提出融合课程思政提升本科管理类专业学生综合素养的改革路径。

Integrating Curriculum-based Ideological and Political Education to Improve the Comprehensive Quality of Undergraduate Students in Management Majors

Abstract:The rapid development of economy and society puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of all kinds of management talents.As an important base for training applied management talents,undergraduate colleges and universities should actively respond to the call of the curriculum-based ideological and political education reform,effectively tap the ideological and political elements of professional courses,and properly carry out subtle ideological and political education in the teaching process of professional knowledge and skills,so as to improve students'comprehensive quality.On the basis of identifying the similarities and differences between curriculum-based ideological and political education and curriculum of ideological and political education,this paper analyzes the main difficulties faced by undergraduate management courses in the curriculum-based ideological and political education reform,and puts forward the reform path of integrating curriculum-based ideological and political education to improve the comprehensive quality of undergraduate students in management majors.
