| 摘 要： | 针对我国高校学生体育伤害事故处理难的现状,本文试图从法律视角审视高校的体育安全问题,通过对体育伤害事故类型的梳理,明确学校、教师、学生及学生家长在各类事故中的责任,并为预防和处理高校学生体育伤害事故的发生提出应对策略。

| Abstract: | In China,the college students' sports injure accident was hard to manage.The article tried to analyze the handling process of accident in legal sight,classify the type of accident,make clearly the respective responsibility of college,teacher,student and parents,and gave some countermeasures in order to prevent the accident and deal with the college students' sports injure accident. |
