摘    要:教师在教学过程中处于主导地位,直接影响或决定着课堂心理气氛的性质。教师的专业知能、情绪情感、领导方式和对学生期望是教师影响课堂心理气氛的四个基本因素。

Abstract:Teachers hold a leading position in the course of teaching. They affect or even determine the quality of the classroom psychological climate directly. This article talks about the teacher' four basic influencing elements on the classroom psychological climate. They are the teachers' knowledge and capability, feelings and emotion, leading styles, and their expectations to the students.
