| Abstract: | Teachers hold a leading position in the course of teaching. They affect or even determine the quality of the classroom psychological climate directly. This article talks about the teacher' four basic influencing elements on the classroom psychological climate. They are the teachers' knowledge and capability, feelings and emotion, leading styles, and their expectations to the students. |
