| 摘 要： | 南水北调中线工程是优化水资源配置，解决受水区生产、生活及环境用水的重要途径。在南水北调中线工程实施的同时，应树立节水观念，建设节水型社会，发展节水型产业，加大治理污染力度，进行受水区域的生态修复规划，建立新的水资源管理体制以及合理的水价形成机制。

| Abstract: | On the basis of expatiation on the middle route of south to north water transfer project, reception basin ＂state of economic development, deficiency of water resources restraining reception basin＇economic development, it holds that the middle route of south to north water transfer project is a very important means to optimize water resources disposition and to solve water problem in reception basin. The author proposes that the concept of saving water should be advocated, building up a saving society, developing water - saving industry, reinforcing the force of eliminating pollution, conducting ecological repair plan, establishing new management system of water resources and suitable mechanism of water price formation and so on. |
