| 摘 要： | 科技查新在避免科研重复立项，为科研评价、奖励提供依据等方面都发挥了很大的作用，但科技查新的质量一直没有有效的控制手段。本文论述了我国科技查新工作的发展及现状，并从影响查新质量的几个重要方面来探讨科技查新质量的有效控制手段。
