| Abstract: | To enhance cadres' moral cultivation is an important part of Deng Xiaoping's thought on socialist moral cultivation and a constant urgent task for the Chinese Communist Party to be in power as well. It concerns success or failure of the Party conduct improvement, the image of the Party in power, the feetings of the people, and life or death of the Party and the country. The 6th Plenary Session of the 15th Central Committee of the CCP and the "Outline for Carrying out Citizen Moral Cultivation" is of great guiding significance to the cadres' moral cultivation. |
