| 摘 要： | 在分析我国高校体育教学现状的基础上,认为高校体育教学指导思想应以体育知识为先导;以培养体育能力为重点;以身心协调发展为中心;以终身体育为方向。以终身体育为方向是高校体育教学的长远目标,是高校体育教学指导思想的核心,并提出了落实高校体育教学指导思想的对策。

| Abstract: | In foundation of Analyzing our countries sports teaching situation at present in universities,it is recognized that the universities' sports teaching of guiding ideology should take the sports knowledge as the forerunner;take raises the sports ability as the key point;take body and mind coordination as development center and take lifelong physical culture as development direction.Take lifelong physical culture as development direction is the long-term goal and the guiding ideology core of universities sports teaching,also it proposed to carry out the countermeasure against the guiding ideology of Universities sports teaching. |
