| 摘 要： | 邓小平“生存型”民生观有着极其丰富的内涵和意义。实现共同富裕是生存型民生的最高目标，“三个有利于”是衡量解决民生问题是否取得成效的有力标准，“两手抓、两手都要硬”是生存型民生的着眼点，增加物质财富、“三步走”发展战略和改革开放是解决生存型民生问题的有效路径。

| Abstract: | Mr. DENG Xiao - ping＇ s Survival Mode view on people＇ s livelihood has extremely rich connotation and significance. To realize common prosperity is the ultimate goal of the Survival Mode. ＂Three Benefits＂ is a powerful standard to assess whether effective results have been achieved in terms of improving people＇ s well - being. The starting point of the mode is to push for material advancement on one hand and cultural and ethical progress on the other, with both hands working hard all the time. Increasing material wealth, adopting a three - step development strategy, implementing reform and opening up are effective measures to solve problems concerning people＇s livelihood. |
