自尊在初中生孤独感与焦虑间的中介作用研究

摘    要:探讨初中生这一群体普遍存在的焦虑体验是否与该阶段孤独感水平有关,进而讨论两者之间是否存在自尊的中介作用。方法:随机选取378名初中学生,采用孤独感量表(UCLA)、自尊量表(SES)以及特质焦虑量表(STAI)进行调查。结果发现初中生焦虑与孤独感、自尊两者分别呈极显著正相关和负相关(r=0.616,r=-0.548),自尊与孤独感呈极显著负相关(r=-0.543);自尊在焦虑与孤独感间的中介效应模型拟合良好,说明初中生体验到的孤独情绪会对其焦虑水平有正面的影响,而自尊的获得可以部分缓解其焦虑。

Abstract:This paper investigates the relationships of junior school student' self-esteem,loneliness and anxiety,and analyzes the mediating effect of self-esteem on loneneliss and anxiety. Method: 378 junior school students were randomly selected to complete the UCLA,SES and STAI. Results:1. The score of self-esteem have a significantly negative correlation with aloneness factor(r =-0. 543) and anxiety factor(r =-0. 548),The score of aloneness have a significantly Positive correlation with anxiety factor(r = 0. 616). 2. The model that self-esteem factor as a mediator to affect aloneness and anxiety is fitting well. Conclusion: The felling of loneliness can predict junior school student experience anxiety. And Self-esteem can adjust the negative effect made by loneliness to anxiety.
