| 摘 要： | 随着新时期高等职业教育的深入改革和不断创新,外聘教师已成为高职院校师资队伍的重要组成部分,但在高职院校针对外聘教师的管理中仍存在诸多问题。文章指出了外聘教师对促进高职院校发展的积极作用,分析了高职院校外聘教师管理中存在的主要问题,提出了加强和改进外聘教师管理的意见和建议。加强与规范对外聘教师的科学有效管理,是维护新时期高职院校教学声誉和提高教学质量的重要保障。

| Abstract: | With the in-depth reform and innovation of the vocational education in the new era,part-time teachers have become an important part in colleges.The article points out the active role that the part-time teachers are playing in promoting the development of vocational colleges,analyzes the main problems in the management of the teachers,puts forward the comments and suggestions of improving and strengthening the management.Strengthening and standardizing the scientific and effective management of part-time teachers is an important guarantee to maintain the reputation of vocational colleges and to improve the teaching quality. |
