| 摘 要： | 自 2 0世纪 6 0年代以来 ,信息技术革命使企业的经营环境和运作方式发生了很大的变化 ,而西方国家经济的长期低增长又使得市场竞争日益激烈 ,企业面临着严峻挑战。在这种背景下 ,结合美国企业为挑战来自日本、欧洲的威胁而展开的实际探索 ,1993年哈默和钱皮出版了《企业再造》 (ＲｅｅｎｇｉｎｅｅｒｉｎｇｔｈｅＣｏｒｐｏｒａｔｉｏｎ)一书 ,书中认为 :“2 0年来 ,没有一个管理思潮能将美国的竞争力倒转过来 ,如目标管理、多样化、Ｚ理论、零基础预算 ,价值分析、分权、全面质量管理、追求卓越、结构重整、文件管理、走动管理、矩阵管理、…

| Abstract: | Based on a case study,this paper discusses the information management problems in enterprise business process,and advocates that the enterprise must emphasizes information management while utilizing information technologies.It also points out the problems the enterprise needs to consider in business process reengineering,and offers some suggestions for the enterprise to successfully implement business process reengineering. |
