| 摘 要： | 电子档案的产生为档案开发利用创造了生机,而互联网的出现给电子档案管理工作带来了空前的活力,推动着档案事业向前发展。积极开发利用各种资源,是保证西部地区实现电子档案管理得以顺利进行的必要条件。电子档案在管理、归档、鉴定等方面与传统档案有明显的差异,认识这些差异,对发展西部档案管理工作有着积极的推动作用。

| Abstract: | The appearance of electronic archive has made the development and use of archive vital.The appearance of internet has brought about the unprecedented vitality for electronic archive management and promoted the profound change of archive.To actively develop and utilize all sorts of resources is to ensure the electronic archive management goes on smoothly in west area.The management,the way to file and the identification of electronic archive are greatly different from those of traditional archive.Knowing about these differences will actively push forward the development of archive management in west area. |
