| 摘 要： | 对教师个人理论合法性追求和教师个人实践性知识、实践性探索为基础的教师个人实践智慧研究,逐渐成为教育研究的热点。本文试图梳理国内外研究成果,理清教师个人实践智慧的内涵、构成、特征、表现及其与教师专业发展的关系等,以期为教师个人实践智慧的深入研究提供理论参考。
