| 摘 要： | 对学科专家这一知识经济时代高校图书馆参考咨询服务的新角色,从探讨其内涵出发,进而对其咨询模式进行了构建--学科专家的选择标准、选择范围、选择方式及学科专家的咨询形式、咨询流程等.引进学科专家参与高校图书馆的参考咨询服务,可缓解馆内人力资源的不足,提高用户的满意度,提升图书馆的形象,使其在外界强大的竞争之下立于不败之地.
