| 摘 要： | 分析了造成我国发达地区和贫困民族地区群众体育发展失衡的原因,并提出了对策:借鉴社会体育指导员制度;壮大我国群众体育志愿者队伍帮助贫困民族地区;开发贫困民族地区旅游市场,带动特色体育产业发展;建立多渠道的建设资金筹措体系。
