| Abstract: | The educational philosophy,function,target of personnel training,social service function of university education is specified from the study of traditional Chinese university educational philosophy. Through discussion of educational philosophy of university education,the necessity of independent college constructing its own educational philosophy is investigated. The significance of the new philosophy and the approaches of construction are also discussed. |
