关联函数对绩效考评与激励考评的链接

摘    要:根据社会人假设理论与现代绩效理论,绩效考核与激励考核的综合研究需要用新方法。通过与Z分数的对比分析,论述了如何用关联函数实现对绩效考评与绩效考评的链接,从而整体地把握绩效与激励,并得出了平衡程度反映劳资关系和谐程度,不平衡程度反映劳资关系的危机程度。

Abstract:According to the theories of society man and modem performance,the comprehensive study of stimulating assessment and performance assessment requires new ways. Comparing with Z fraction,this paper explains scientifically the related function which interlinks the two assessments,thus realizing the comprehensive control of stimulating and performance and deducing the balance degree which reflects the harmonious dgree between the labour and the management. The imbalance dgree reflects the crisis degree between the labour and the management.
