| 摘 要： | 通过对足球职业联赛中的违法行为及其危害性进行分析，论述了司法介入足球职业联赛的必要必，司法机关在调查和处理联赛中的违法犯罪行为上的优越性。通过对我国现行的有关法律进行分析，论述了司法介入足球职业联赛的法律依据和介入程序问题。

| Abstract: | In this article, the author analyses the illegal activities and its harmfulness in the professional league football matches. On these bases, the author discusses the necessity of judicial intervention in the professional league football matches and the advantage of investigaing and dealing with the illegal activities in the league matches by judicial office. By analysing the concerned current law of our country, the author explains why judicial office intervenes in the professional league football matches and how to intervene. |
