| 摘 要： | 企业集聚是当今经济发展的一种普遍现象 ,并正在成为区域经济发展的主流 ,中小企业集聚形成的原因是现有文献探讨的主题之一。文章在对中外学者所进行的研究进行回顾的基础上 ,从外部性、制度因素两个方面考察了企业集聚的形成原因。
