| 摘 要： | 科研事业的发展不断推动着科技进步。做好科研单位的后勤管理与服工作是保证科学研究取得成果，最终实现服务生产、服务社会的必然要求。以科学发展观为指导，将以人为本的理念融入后勤管理与服务工作，实现科学管理和优质服务是科研事业发展需要。只有做到以人为本、科学管理和优质的服务，才能充分发挥后勤保障作用，才能为推进科研事业的发展发挥出积极作用。本文以江苏太湖地区农业科学研究所为例探讨了怎样做好科研单位后勤管理和服务工作。

Gided by the scientific developing concept and merged the people oriented idea into logistics management and service to realize scientific management and excellent service is the requirement of scientific undertakings development. Only to do people oriented and scientific management and excellent service, it can full play logistics support effect and promote the development of scientific undertaking. |
