高校英语师资现状及其职前培养浅议

摘    要:我国目前高校英语教师的专业技能素质和队伍结构尚须完善,加强高校英语师资发展成为当务之急.从职前培养抓起,我国高校英语师资培养应走国际经验结合中国国情的道路,且将国外培养中、小学优良师资的“4 2“模式的理念借鉴、延伸至高校英语师资的培养上来.文中还提出了一个稳步推进的高校英语师资近、中、长期培养目标模式.应克服以往我国英语教师培养方式上的弊端,创造条件强化教师学员实践及学术能力的培养;改革教师学员的改革考试评价体系,增加教学见习、实习以及学术科研的考核权重.要勇于探索和创新,使我国平稳步入高校英语教师专业化的良性发展轨道.

Abstract:To meet the challenge of upgrading college English teachers' knowledge and teaching skills,we may borrow and extend the idea of related international practice of "4+2" mode and introduce a step-by-step training module & schedule based on its Chinese contextual situation.Teacher candidates' initiation and creation in integrating theory with teaching practice thus promoting research will be highlighted through well-planned reforms into teacher training organization and evaluation,leading finally to the realization of the professionalism of college Chinese teachers of English.
