高中物理新课程教师培训现状的调查研究

摘    要:教师培训是推动课程改革的有力保障,因此对新课程教师培训进行研究很有必要。通过对高中物理新课程教师培训的培训目标、课程体系和方式三方面进行调查研究来了解高中物理新课程教师培训的现状,发现其可以肯定及有待进一步改进的地方,为今后新课程教师培训提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract:Teacher training is a powerful safeguard propelling curriculum reform,so it is necessary to study new curriculum teacher training.Through investigating the Status Quo of new curriculum physics teacher training of senior high school from aim,curriculum and mode,we got affirmative and ameliorative aspects,all these provide some references to later physics teacher training.
