| 摘 要： | 教师培训是推动课程改革的有力保障，因此对新课程教师培训进行研究很有必要。通过对高中物理新课程教师培训的培训目标、课程体系和方式三方面进行调查研究来了解高中物理新课程教师培训的现状，发现其可以肯定及有待进一步改进的地方，为今后新课程教师培训提供一定的借鉴。
