| 摘 要： | 中国共产党的基本特性，政治地位以及宪政的本质要求决定了其在当今我国宪政发展中起着关键性的推动作用。为了充分地发挥其作用，党内把握我国宪政发展的基本走向，创立稳定的政治环境，适时地把党科学的改革政策上升为宪法规范，发挥党在实现宪法中的带头作用，协调各种宪政推动力量等。同时，党还必须科学处理党的权威与宪法权威，政党推动与政府、公民推动的关系。

| Abstract: | The character , political position of the communist party of China and the essence demand of constitution politics decide its critical role in the development of Chinese constitution politics.In order to play its role fully,party should chose effective way ,such as to keep the development diretion of Chinese constitution politics under its control ,creat stable political environment, raise party scientific reform policies to constitution norms at proper time,play leading role in realizing constitution and coordinate all kinds of push power. At the time ,party should deal with the relationship between the party authority constitution anthority ,party push and government ,citizen push scientifically . |
