| 摘 要： | 科学上的重大突破、新的生长点乃至新学科的产生常常是由不同学科的彼此交叉、相互渗透而产生的,学科交叉研究极富创造性.本文运用贝克尔一墨菲的模型研究了影响学科交叉研究产出的因素,深入分析了影响学科交叉研究产出的协调成本问题,对学科交叉研究管理机制进行了实例研究.研究结果表明,努力降低协调成本将有利地促进学科交叉研究的发展.

| Abstract: | The great scientific breakthroughs,emerging fields of research and even new disciplines usually come from penetration and integration of different disciplines.That is to say the interdisciplinary research is full of scientific innovation.The paper studies the factors of affecting interdisciplinary research outcome using the Becker-Murphy model,and further analyzes the coordination costs that affect interdisciplinary research outcome.It also discusses the situation of management mechanisms on interdisciplinary research.The study demonstrates that reducing coordination costs would promote interdisciplinary research. |
