| Abstract: | Teamwork-building has always been a lively area in the theoretical studies of enterprise management in China. This paper analysis three factors which have effect on the teamwork-building: the basic structure, management strategy and personnel attitude. It follows that the breakthrough of the three factors will promote the development of teamwork-building. |
