| 摘 要： | 体育仲裁协议的法律特征为:主体的法律地位表现为非绝对平等性,双方当事人的意思自治受到一定限制,协议表现形式多样,协议的效力从宽解释.正确认识这些法律特征,有利于完善我国体育仲裁制度、妥善解决体育纠纷.

| Abstract: | The legal characteristics of sports arbitration settlements are: The legal status of the main parties therein is not absolutely equal;the self-government of will of the parties concerned is restricted to a certain extent;the settlements have various forms of expression;the effectiveness of the settlements is interpreted on the tolerant side.Correct recognition of these legal characteristics will be helpful to perfecting the sports arbitration system in China and settling sports disputes properly. |
