| Abstract: | Based on the present situation, from the angles of philosophy, sociology, culturology and ecology, the connotation and meaning of health were analyzed and explored rationally in order to set up theoretically the proper outlook on aims and guiding idea in deepening the physical education reform in Chinese colleges and universities, so that physical education in colleges and universities will advance along the right track. |
