| 摘 要： | 通过分析目前我国高校专利技术转化现状，指出了制约其市场化的诸多因素。并借鉴国外政府辅助推进大学科技成果转化的成功经验，结合我国国情，提出了立足于市场、建立转化平台的运行机制和加强政府引导，推动高校知识产权商业化的有效方法。

| Abstract: | In this article,the author analyzed current status of the transformation of the patent technology in universities & colleges,pointed out the factors which restricting the marketization of patent technology.By combining the lessons that other countries promoted the transformation of the patent technology and the state of the nation,the following effective methods were put forward based on market,that is build operating mechanisms of transforming platform and enhance the guiding of government,promote t the transformation of the patent technology. |
