| 摘 要： | 职业体育俱乐部核心竞争力提升是一个复杂的系统过程,这一过程包含俱乐部资源能力、战略能力、竞技能力和组织能力的整体提升。我国职业体育俱乐部核心竞争力构成要素的发展处于不平衡的状态,应当从移植、改进、创新和整合的整体视角审视其核心竞争力提升途径的基本决策框架。

| Abstract: | The development of core competitive power of professional sports club is an complicated and systematic process,this process including the whole advance of resource capability、tactic capability、athletic capability and organizing capability.The development of composing elements of core competitive power of professional sports club in China is under the imbalance status,the basic decision-making frame of development path of core competitive power of professional sports club should under the whole survey angle of transplanting、improving、innovation and integration. |
