| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了企业家资源在经济活动中的地位与作用、角色与功能、特征与分类等基本理论问题。明确提出了企业家资源对其它资源的效能具有杠杆放大效用,是推动经济发展的主导力量;现代经济增长的主要潜力在于人力资源,人力资源收益递增性受制于企业家资源质量的影响;企业家资源开发对于发展中国家或欠发达地区具有特殊作用等观点。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the basic theory problems of entrepreneur resources existing in economic activities, such as its position and function, roles and function, characteristic and classification, and so on. The paper definitely represents that the entrepreneur resources have the leverage effect to enlarge other resources efficiency, and at the same time it is the predominant power to push the economic growth; the main potential of modern economic growth lies in the human resource, whose increasing returns are limited by entrepreneur resources quantity; the exploration of entrepreneur resources play a special role for developing countries and less-developed region. |
