| 摘 要： | 学术成果发表中学术不端行为的责任主体涉及到作者、评议人和编辑三个方面。文章依责任主体的不同,分类归纳了目前我国科研成果发表过程中学术不端行为的主要形式,分析了不端行为的成因,探讨了相应的防范对策。

| Abstract: | During publication, the improper behaviors in academic of our country involve three aspects, author, reteree and editor According to the different responsibility, the several types of improper behaviors in the process of scientific publication are classified the cause of the misconducts is analyzed also, and the possible preventing countermeasures proposed finally. |
