氯酸盐电化生产过程的反应模型

摘    要:利用氧阴极与DSA阳极组装成一种新型氯酸盐电解槽。在分析阳极表面OCl-氧化反应途径的基础上改进了阳极表面的反应模型,对扩散层内氯的水解分率进行了计算,并讨论了活性氯转化反应的活化能、阳极表面流体的流动状态以及氯酸盐浓度与电流效率的关系。

Abstract:A new chlorate cell system with a DSA anode and an oxygen cathode was set up. The reaction model is improved by analyzing the main way of hypochlorite oxidation at the anode surface. The hydrolysis ratio of chlorine in the diffusion layer is calculated. The activation energy of chemical reaction of active chlorine and the flowing pattern of fluid near-the anode surface as well as the relation between the chlorate concentration and current efficiency are discussed in detail.
