| 摘 要： | 新时期中国政党外交以邓小平提出的党际关系四项原则为指导思想，四项原则内涵丰富，思想深刻，继承了马克思主义政党外交理论中的一些重要论述并进行了可贵的创新，形成了具有中国特色的政党外交理论，这一理论指导中国共产党在风云变幻的国际形势面前，从容应对，开辟了政党外交的新局面，推动了国家整体外交，在新世纪，政党外交面临着新的严峻挑战。
