| 摘 要： | 发展生物能源是当今世界许多国家解决能源安全问题的普遍选择,也是解决我国日益严峻的能源供需矛盾的重要途径之一。巴西是世界上最发达的生物能源生产国之一,了解其整个生物能源产业的演化过程对于更好地借鉴其经验教训尤为重要。文章详细研究了巴西生物能源产业的发展过程,并系统分析了发展过程中的各种政策变迁。
