| 摘 要： | 高职课程体系、教学方法改革的目的是提高学生的核心职业能力,是保证高职教育教学质量的前提条件。通过对《旅游礼仪》课程目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段以及考核方式等一系列实践探索,以期进一步提高教学质量,提高学生的人文素养,为把学生培养成具有行业准入资格的,适应旅游行业需要的高端技能型人才奠定良好的基础。

| Abstract: | in higher vocational education curriculum system and teaching method reform aims to improve students ’ core professional ability,is to guarantee the teaching quality of higher vocational education prerequisites.This paper on the tourism etiquette course objectives,teaching content and teaching methods,teaching methods and examination method and a series of practice,with a view to further improving the quality of teaching and improve student’s humanity quality,qualified students have access,adapt to high-end technical talent of the tourism industry needs to lay a good foundation. |
