| 摘 要： | 本文试图在西方政治体系发展的历史与逻辑相一致的理论框架中，探寻西方政治体系设计技术变迁的轨迹。首次提出了政治体系的设计技术的概念、内涵，并对设计技术的发展过程：“混合与均衡：有限民主”：“分权与制衡：宪政均势”；“多元与民主：社会参与”设计技术进行了系统分析。

| Abstract: | The article inquires into the changes of designing technology of political system in the West on basis of the unity of history and logic . The writer raises the conception and intention on the designing technology of political system for the first time . And the writer systematically analyses the evolving course on designing technology of political system , that is mixture and balance: limited democracy ;separated power and restricted equilibrium:equilibrium of constitutional government; diversity and democracy :social participation. |
