| 摘 要： | 本文通过对全国、东、西部人口文盲率、六岁及以上人口受教育程度、年限、三产业中人口人均受教育情况统计资料的比较，分析了西部人力资源开发中存在的问题，从提高人口质量、增加经费投入以及加强各层次教育力度方面提出了一些建议。
