| 摘 要： | 深圳高等职业教育一直走在全国的前列,但仍存在亟待解决的许多问题,如生源、校企合作、高等教育同质化、职业特色师资建设、高职发展方向等,解决好这些问题是壮大深圳高职教育的前提。文中分析了深圳高等职业教育发展中存在的问题,并提出了促进深圳高职教育发展的若干建议。

| Abstract: | Shenzhen is well-known for its rapid development of technical higher education.Meanwhile,it is facing some unavoidable problems which need to be fixed without delay.What are revealed in this article are that the employment environment for technical college graduates are far from good;potential student resources are stubbornly limited to the local;educators' partnership with employers are to be improved;technical higher education needs to be supplemented with a continuous education system;and technical college faculty need to be further armed with occupational characteristics.Therefore,suggestions are addressed to these problems:potential student resources should be explored beyond the local to attract more belier examinees from high school;effective measures should be taken to improve environments for technical higher education,including law making,professional guidance,and experimentation;as a new city of inland immigrants,technical higher education of Shenzhen should be highlighted with what is known as immigrant characteristics instead;create conditions both internally and externally to raise the faculty quality up to a one with obvious occupational features;help students improve their competitiveness and employahility to be displayed in future through partnerships with businesses. |
