| 摘 要： | 基于海峡西岸经济区建设背景，从多个角度论述了发展福建风险投资基金的重要性；分析了福建省风险投资基金发展的现状：风险投资政策有待加强、数量和规模偏少、资本构成单一、投资范围偏窄；指出了福建省风险投资基金进一步发展的制约因素：企业对风险投资基金观念较为保守、企业缺乏“自主知识产权”的核心产品、政府的多头管理模式、市场准入障碍；最后给出了政策建议。
