| 摘 要： | 通过分析综合大学办好农林科专业的各有利因素，提出了如何充分利用综合大学的优势，通过科学定位农科人才培养目标，大力加强基础教学，多渠道拓宽学生知识面，深化实践教学改革，升华教学管理水平，营造深厚的校园文化底蕴等措施，全面改革农林科人才的培养模式，培养高素质的农林科人才。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the favorable factors that contribute to the smooth development of agriculture and forestry specialties in comprehensive universities, a brand new agriculture and forestry talents development mode is illustrated in the article so as to foster high quality agriculture and forestry talents: by making good use of the advantages of the comprehensive universities, scientifically setting the aim of developing agriculture and forestry talents, greatly enhancing the basic teaching,, broadening the scope of students' knowledge through various channels, deepening the teaching reform, improving teaching administration, and creating a profound campus culture. |
