摘    要:自盘锦油田低温环境土样中分离到1株低温菌,该菌能以石油烃为唯一碳源和能源。经形态学、生理生化和16S rDNA序列鉴定:菌株LHB16为嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(Stenotrophomonas maltophilia)。紫外分光光度法测定该菌在含石油0.5%(w/v)的无机盐培养基中,20℃,振荡培养10 d,降解率达80.16%。经传代培养数代,降解性能稳定。GC-MS分析表明烷烃C15~C32被完全降解。菌株LHB16在低温地区石油污染的生物治理中有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:A psychrotrophic strain,designated LHB16,utilizing oil as the sole carbon source,was isolated from the soil and identified as Stenotrophomonas maltophilia based on physiological,biochemical tests and 16S rDNA sequence.The ultraviolet spectrophotometric determination indicated that strain LHB16 could remove 80.16% of oil at 0.5%(w/v) concentration in 10 d at 20℃,The GC-MS analysis revealed that longchain alkanes from C15 to C32 in the oil were completely depleted.The study implied that LHB21 is a valuable biodegradation strain deserving further attention.
