| 摘 要： | 建国以来,中国共产党对"依法治国"基本方略的探索,经历了社会主义法制建设的曲折发展和以政策治国、社会主义法制建设的恢复和发展、"依法治国"基本治国方略的确立与发展、"依法治国与以德治国相结合"基本治国方略的确立与创造性发展的历程。经过艰辛探索和不懈努力,我们党走上了"依法治国与以德治国相结合"的科学治国之路。
