| 摘 要： | 我国民办高校在发展过程中发挥形成特色的天然优势,从育人模式、发展道路、办学理念、人力资源管理到突出实践教学,逐渐形成了办学特色体系,多元化就业模式是这种特色体系的直接表现。民办高校在构建办学特色体系时应坚持适当、高效的原则,为我国高等教育事业发展做出自己的努力。
