| 摘 要： | 城市作为一个区域实体,要实现可持续发展,一是经济上要有创新能力,二是城市发展与环境相协调,建立生态城市.资源的不可再生性和局限性,决定了资源型城市必然面临着"矿竭城衰"局面,要解决这个问题,实现可持续发展,必须实施城市转型.

| Abstract: | As a regional entity,it is necessary that cities should have the economic ability to innovate,and urban development should be in coordination with the environment,in order to achieve sustainable development and establish ecological city.Due to non-renewable resources and the limitations of resources,resource-based cities will face the situation of "mine resource used up and cities declined".Urban transformation should be carried out to solve this problemand achieve sustainable development. |
