| 摘 要： | 以资源理论为基础,结合企业能力理论,基于联盟背景、企业核心能力、信任控制机制、联盟伙伴四个维度建立联盟决策评价指标体系.同时,基于指标体系运用网络分析法(ANP)构建能力型软件外包联盟决策模型,并结合实例运用超级决策软件验证模型.
