| 摘 要： | 科技进步是经济社会快速持续发展的决定因素,对区域经济实力的提高、社会经济结构的优化有着巨大影响.根据<2009全国科技进步统计监测报告>显示,甘肃省综合科技进步水平位居全国第22位,科技进步增幅位于全国第8位.但与全国相比,甘肃省科技进步落后于全国平均水平,需要在政府投入、企业创新、转变经济发展方式等方面进一步加大力度.
