| 摘 要： | 针对企业电子商务发展过程中遭遇到的制度设计层面的问题,引入治理的思想,借鉴ISO38500提出的IT治理模型,提出一种面向企业电子商务的治理参考模型,帮助企业系统地思考和设计电子商务的相关制度,更好地引导、控制和激励电子商务活动中的期望行为,提高电子商务项目的成功率.

| Abstract: | An E-business governance reference model for enterprise,which comprises of e-business governance principles and detailed mechanisms,is proposed as a systematic framework to solve the problem of e-business management mechanism design by introducing the thoughts of governance.The frameworks is helpful for enterprise in planning and designing appropriate mechanism to guide,control and promote expected behavior in e-business operations. |
