| 摘 要： | 以"论文抄袭"为主的学术不端行为在近几年愈演愈烈,科技期刊是发布科学研究成果的主要平台,自然成为学术不端行为及其控制工作的焦点.作为科技成果传播活动"守门人"的科技期刊编辑,在规范学术道德方面有义不各辞的责任.加强科技期刊编辑出版单位的工作管理、提高编辑自律意识、帮助作者准确界定抄袭行为、严格执行专家审稿制度、参考使用不端文献检测系统等现代技术手段,是科技期刊编辑在学术不端行为控制实践操作层面上的有效手段.
