| Abstract: | The thesis puts forward the view that the cultivation of students' abilities should be stressed besides the education and administration of students. This is the requirement made by the new century for university talents, the new tendency of world education development,as well as a new topic in the administration of students at universities. Furthermore, the thesis presents the point that it needs multi-passage to cultivate students' abilities and that a new examination system for students is an important safeguard. |
