| 摘 要： | 在高等学校体育教育和教学实施素质教育的过程中 ,高校体育教师自身素质的缺陷已成为阻碍高校体育教育实施素质教育发展步伐的重要原因之一 ,为了能更好的适应素质教育的要求 ,高校体育教师必须加强学习 ,改变观念 ,在知识结构、体育教育能力与体育教学能力、继续教育能力及科研创新能力等素质方面进行重构。

| Abstract: | The quality defects, which college PE teachers show in the course of college quality-oriented physical education,have become one of the main obstacles that hinder colleges from carrying out quality-oriented physical education. To be able to fit in with the requirements of quality-oriented education,college PE teachers must study harder to convert attitudes and to reform such qualities as the knowledge structure, PE teaching abilities,continuing education abilities and scientific research innovation abilities. |
